33rd BUDAPEST BOAT SHOW
At the 33rd Budapest Boat Show, the season-opening event of Hungarian boating and water sports, the latest innovations and developments in the field of boating, the range of sailing, electric and motor boats, various water sports, as well as related equipment, clothing and services were presented again this year. At the Budapest Boat Show this year, 40 exhibitors displayed more than 100 boats.
In addition to the stage programmes, talks and discussions, many people visited the show pool, where model makers presented their creations. The SSL Gold MINI Cup model sailing competition was also held there during the exhibition.
The season-opening event of the national boating and water sports season 2025 awaited the boating enthusiasts between 20-23 February, at the same time as the Travel+ Exhibition, the Caravan Salon and the E-Bike Test&Show.
The 2025 Guest of Honour of the event, the Hungarian Powerboat and Motosurf Association, presented the knowledge and future plans of water sports through a presentation of sports equipment and active competitors in the powerboat and motosurf disciplines, as the Formula Future discipline also gave us a glimpse of the Association’s work in the education of young people.
A diverse programme of activities awaited both professionals and the general public on the exhibition stage this year. Among other topics, there were discussions about amateur shipbuilding, the plans and challenges of the world of ships in 2025. Once again, the event featured a Demonstration Pool, which provided plenty of interactive and useful information for visitors this year.
Visitors who were looking for more experiences after visiting Pavilion G were able to visit the Travel Exhibition with colourful programmes, presentations and destinations, the Caravan Salon with a wide range of motorhomes and camping equipment, and the 3rd E-bike Test & Show, where they could test one of the more than 100 e-bikes on a 3000 m2 test track. After their laps on the test track, participants could register for the prize draw using the QR code provided by our colleagues, where one lucky winner will also win a premium Tenways CGO800S electric bike offered by Bringaland Ltd.
The Budapest Boat Show’s strategic partner is the Hungarian Sailing Association and the Balaton Boat Show, and its professional patron is the Association of Boat Industry Entrepreneurs.
