Sirha business breakfast and the final of the Bocuse d’Or Hungary

Catering industry got the main role in HUNGEXPO Budapest Congress and Exhibition Center on 21 October 2021.

Sirha Budapest, the most significant international HoReCa and Retail Show of the CEE region will await the professionals on 22-24 March 2022 for the fifth time at HUNGEXPO Budapest Congress and Exhibition Center!

The number of exhibitors are constantly growing so it was time to show the new exhibition area, the newly built pavilions to the future exhibitors.

The highlight of the day was the final of the Bocuse d’Or Hungary. The participants of the business breakfast could also take part in the excitement and cheered for their favourites. The plenary room was performed well and the end of the day, the winner of the Bocuse d’Or Hungary was also announced.

Bence Dalnoki and Patrik Nyikos will be representing Hungary at the Bocuse d’Or Europe at Sirha Budapest in March.

The competition, in addition to putting Sirha Budapest in the spotlight of international attention, provides a great opportunity for Hungarian gastronomy to gain greater awareness on the international stage, as the participants will work with Hungarian ingredients during both the preparation and the competition, so the chefs, restaurant owners and gastronomic experts visiting the competition will get to know Sirha Budapest’s offer.
