LIGHTING AND STAGE TECHNOLOGY

UNIQUE BUILT SECTION ROOMS

Hungexpo uses a special soundproofing system to create temporary conference rooms. With this method, we can create rooms of different sizes in the pavilion according to the client’s needs, ensuring full flexibility.

The rooms are built from 140 x 300 cm black, interlocking panels, which are suspended on light bridges and fixed to the space grid structure of the pavilion or other venue, so the height of the rooms can be 4.4 or 6 meters. The walls are covered with black curtains inside and out for the aesthetic appearance and additional soundproofing.

Sound-absorbing material is stretched on the top of the room, which prevents sound from reflecting off the roof structure. The perfect fit of the material is ensured by a light bridge, which is created in the middle, lengthwise, of each room. This also serves as an internal fixing point.

We provide the supply of external air or, if the conditions of the location allow, treated air into the rooms. The local ventilation equipment is introduced into the room using plastic pipes, and the exhaust of used air can also be carried out in the same way.

IMPLEMENTATION OF VIRTUAL AND DIGITAL EVENTS

We help with the IT and audiovisual implementation of conferences, exhibitions and company meetings in the online space, so that your company’s events can be accessed anywhere in the world.

We recommend our live streaming primarily as a supplement to physical events, so that our partners’ events can reach the widest possible audience without geographical or time constraints.
