Digital exposure and generational differences: New challenges in occupational safety<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Organized by the Hungarian Occupational Safety Academy and U4 Rekl\u00e1miroda
 
Occupational safety is never solely about physical hazards. Smart devices and the continuous consumption of media content create mental health risks that affect different generations in different ways. Younger employees are particularly exposed to digital stress, while older generations face other types of challenges.
Occupational safety and EHS professionals play a key role in recognizing these effects and extending safety programs to include mental well-being. The conference will demonstrate how different experts can be involved in preserving mental health, and what practical steps can be taken to design and operate preventive workplace programs in order to reduce the risks arising from digital exposure and support a safety culture across generations.
