BEAUTY &<\/span> Style International Beauty Industry Exhibition 2019<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Hungary\u2019s\nlargest beauty industry event, the BEAUTY & Style International Beauty\nIndustry Exhibition ended successfully. Thousands of guests attended the\nprofessional demonstrations and competitions hosted over three days at the\nHUNGEXPO Budapest Congress and Exhibition Center.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the\nsecond BEAUTY & Style exhibition, the manufacturers and distributors from\nthe four main fields of the beauty industry, cosmetics, hairdressing, hand and\nnail care, gathered in an area even larger than last year\u2019s event, with a floor\nspace of 5900 square-meters. During the time of the exhibition, exhibitors\noffered numerous product demonstrations at their stands, where competent and\nprofessional staff members presented their innovations and novel features.\nVisitors could take part in make-up and cosmetics counselling, test cosmetic\ntreatments and witness numerous hair style demonstrations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the main\nstage, a succession of 15 lectures and 7 spectacular demonstrations featured a\nrange of information and professional experiences. These included numerous\nwell-known make-up artists, such as Betti Pohorelli, Geri Glam, Fibi V\u00e9ger and\nOscar Larion, who shared the tricks of their trade with the audience.<\/p>\n\n\n

On a\nseparate stage, the exhibition\u2019s professional partner, the Handicraft\nDepartment of the Budapest Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BKIK)<\/strong> hosted\n20 high-quality professional lectures for beauty industry experts and those\ninterested in beauty care in the themes of cosmetics, hand and foot care and\nprofessional training. A range of useful information was provided for those\nemployed in the beauty industry on the digitalization of processes that assist\nthe daily operation of beauty salons, the handling of complaints, liability\ninsurance as well as on beliefs and misconceptions of new cosmetic procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There was a\ngreat deal of interest in the beauty care national championships organized at\nthe exhibition as a total of 200 beauticians, hairdressers and artificial nail\nartists competed with one another in over 40 different events. The Hungarian\nHairdresser and Beautician Public Benefit Association and the BKIK jointly\nhosted the 61st<\/sup> Hungarian Hairdresser and Beautician\nChampionship <\/strong>at the exhibition. As the association has expanded in\n2019 to include new branches, alongside the hairdresser and makeup artist\ncompetition, this year, they also hosted nail competition events. The list of\nwinners will be shortly posted on the association\u2019s website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The BEAUTY\n& Style exhibition also hosted the III National Beautician Masseuse\nCompetition<\/strong>, where Lili Darabos won the singles event. As part of the\nexhibition, nail art competitions<\/strong> were hosted in 10 different\ncategories, where Andrea Urb\u00e1n Nagy repeated last year\u2019s victory by becoming\nthe winner of the professional combined category. This allows her to represent\nHungary for the second time at the 2020 Nailympia London event thanks to the\nsupport of BKIK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The winner\nof the amateur foot care specialists\u2019<\/strong> competition was\nZsuzsanna Nov\u00e1k, whilst Mrs. R\u00f3nasz\u00e9ki Edina Aliczky took the first place in\nthe aesthetic pedicure and decoration championship<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another\nunique event was the first International Lash Cup<\/strong>, the winners of\nwhich will be shortly featured on the BEAUTY & Style exhibition website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally,\nthe schedule featured popular general audience events such as the Claudia\nLiptai meet and greet<\/strong>, where the presentation of the latest star collection\nof makeup brand Inglot\u2019s products was tied in with this informal event.\nFurthermore, on Friday, make-up artists Dorina Benk\u0151 and Vikt\u00f3ria T\u00f3th as well\nas nail educator Dorcinails held private influencer meet and greet events,\nproviding attendees with personalized tips.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
