Between 3\u20135 March 2026<\/strong>, the SIRHA Budapest<\/strong> trade exhibition will take place \u2013 the largest Central European meeting point for the food industry, hospitality, and gastronomy sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The stand created in Hall \u201cA\u201d of Hungexpo goes far beyond a traditional exhibition presence. It offers a vibrant, immersive gastronomic experience where visitors can discover METRO\u2019s products, services<\/a>, digital solutions, and professional kitchen innovations up close \u2014 all designed to make daily hospitality operations more efficient and profitable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The concept of the METRO Gastro Festival<\/strong> is a true culinary journey: tastings, live demonstrations, thematic zones, and personal expert consultations follow one another in a dynamic festival atmosphere, tailored specifically to the needs of the HoReCa sector. The stand will feature eight thematic areas, including Street Food, Flavours of Hungary, Italian and Asian cuisine, SkyBar, Brunch & Breakfast, as well as the Smart Kitchen zone. In addition, a dedicated Rioba caf\u00e9 will be located in Hall G.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over the three days, more than 300 programs across nine locations, continuous tastings, and the presentation of the METRO Wine of the Year 2026<\/strong> \u2014 featuring both Hungarian and international selections \u2014 will complete the experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
